Ingredients:

6 oz Light 'n Fluffy® Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups cooked turkey, diced

Cooking Directions:

1.  Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

3.  In large bowl, stir together cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper sauce, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and turkey.

4.  Add cooked pasta; pour into 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes,

5.  Sprinkle remaining cheese on top; return to oven until cheese is melted and golden brown.
