Ingredients:

16 oz Light 'n Fluffy® Wide Egg Noodles
6 each eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 lbs cottage cheese
16 oz applesauce
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup butter
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  non-stick cooking spray

Cooking Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, cream cheese, cottage cheese and applesauce.

3.  Stir in raisins, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold in cooked pasta.

4.  Coat individual non-stick mini-pie trays with non-stick cooking spray. Pour noodle mixture into trays.  If you wish, use a 9 x 13-inch baking dish for baking instead

5.  Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
